Ingredients

  • 225 g unsalted butter
  • 75 g golden syrup
  • 225 g dermarera sugar
  • 275 g oats

Instructions

preaheat the oven at 160 degrees celcius/ 3 gas
  • add the butter, syrup and sugar all together in a large sauce pan
  • melt all the ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • stir in the oats and allow to cook for 1 minute approx
  • pour the mixture into a large baking tray
  • cook for 35 minutes or until golden brown
  • let it cool down for at least 10 minutes
  • cut and serve
  • store in an airtight container in a cool dry place
