  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pot yoghurt any type or flavour
  • 1 pot sugar
  • 1 pot vegetable oil
  • 1 pot flour all purpose
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • lemon zest or any other flavouring of your choice
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt
  • mix together and then add the rest of the ingredients
  • combine all ingredients together until there are lumps left.
  • transfer into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
  • remove any bubles with a tooth pick or a fork
  • bake in a preheated oven at 180°(356° Fahrenheit) for 35 minutes or until golden brown
  • after baking let the cake cool down for at least 15 minutes and then sift some powdered sugar on top and enjoy with a hot drink!
