
yoghurt cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 pot yoghurt any type or flavour
- 1 pot sugar
- 1 pot vegetable oil
- 1 pot flour all purpose
- 1 tsp baking powder
- lemon zest or any other flavouring of your choice
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt
- mix together and then add the rest of the ingredients
- combine all ingredients together until there are lumps left.
- transfer into a baking dish lined with baking paper.
- remove any bubles with a tooth pick or a fork
- bake in a preheated oven at 180°(356° Fahrenheit) for 35 minutes or until golden brown
- after baking let the cake cool down for at least 15 minutes and then sift some powdered sugar on top and enjoy with a hot drink!
